Yes I really do refer to her as my 5th child. I’m accused of loving her more than I do the other offspring, which is nonsense (sometimes) 😜 but that sheer devotion and love she gives back makes her my youngest baby.
She’s always so happy to see me when I walk in the door, she lets me know I am the centre of her little world. The other offspring either grunt when I walk in the door or pounce on me demanding to be fed!

This was true of my Iggy. I lost him in 2013 -and I still miss him. I often envision him standing or lying down around the house.
