Last Christmas many of my nearest and dearest looked at me with pity in their eyes as I declared I was going to make fudge as presents for them all π they’re all familiar with my skills in the kitchen! Β They smiled “yep, course you are Lisa” I huffed off, I’ll show them I thought….. And that’s all I did do – think about it π
So this year I thought I would surprise them all by saying “I’m going to make fudge for you all for Christmas”π and I really have “thought” about it ……..
I never said which bloody Christmas I was talking about did I π

Absolutely sounds like something I would do! Every year I say I’m going to have a hand crafted homemade Christmas – but never do it! X

Haha. This sounds like me, too. I often try to buy things and pass them off as my own. Gotta keep up appearances, you know? π

To be fair I could never pass anything I’ve bought as homemade by me – everyone knows I’m shit at making stuff ππ

There used to be a no-fail fudge recipe on the lid of marshmallow fluff jars….and it was easy!
